Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ML Mobile Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Service Agreements

All masonry services provided by ML Mobile Masonry are subject to a written service agreement. This agreement will outline the scope of work, materials to be used, timeline, payment terms, and any warranties or guarantees. Both parties must sign the service agreement before work begins.

We provide free estimates and consultations. These estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or changes in project scope.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

If additional work beyond the original scope is requested, we will provide a change order for your approval before proceeding. Any additional costs will be clearly documented and agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred for materials or labor scheduling.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances require us to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All masonry work performed by ML Mobile Masonry comes with a workmanship warranty, the specific terms of which will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation but does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others.

Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. We will provide you with any relevant warranty documentation for materials used in your project.

Liability and Insurance

ML Mobile Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation insurance to protect both you and our team members. In the unlikely event of property damage or injury during a project, our insurance will cover applicable costs.

However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping features, or structures that were not identified before work began. We recommend that you have all underground utilities marked before we start any excavation work.

Property Access

By entering into a service agreement with us, you grant ML Mobile Masonry and our team members access to the work area on your property during the agreed-upon project timeline. We will respect your property and maintain a clean, safe work site. You are responsible for ensuring that pets are secured and that we have clear access to the work area.

Permits and Compliance

When required, we will obtain the necessary permits for your project. Permit costs will be included in your estimate and service agreement. All work will be performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations. You are responsible for complying with any homeowners association rules or restrictions that may apply to your property.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns.

If we are unable to reach a mutual agreement, any disputes will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Mobile County, Alabama, in accordance with Alabama law.
